beniton are the same team dude... same designer, same team boss, same engine,..... same colour car, same sponsor,

i alway still think of them as beniton... hence my mistake

Wrong wrong wrong.

Team boss was Dave richards / falvio briatori . . not any more.
Benneton dont sponsour them any more so its not the same sponsours etc etc etc.

Your are a disgrace to the fans and the team.

bennetton: Team Chief Flavio Briatore

Renault: Patrick Faure

Flav is now MD of Renault F1 mainly becuase he knows alot about it. Renault F1 bought the team as a whole (all assets etc etc from Bennetton) and them hired and fired people to get the balance right

this is gona way off subject but anyways....

beniton owned the team.... mild 7 sponsored it and still do....

Flavio Briatore was david Richards Boss and is now the managing director aswell as actually team boss.

the team used to be called BENNITON-Renault now just Renault

The car has been painted blue and yellow for... ermmm... i dunnooooo... a long time...

to the best of my knowledge Pat symonds(designer) has been there since the beniton days.

Benetton / Renault are the same team

TNM, you too spelt it incorrectly

The factoryn is 10 minutes down the road from my house and I can assure you they are the SAME team... just bought out by Renault and re-branded

Can any1 remember wen damon hill nearly won in the arrows but broke down on the last lap, lol, he was a talented driver, but i dont rekon its him as he mostly does stuff with motorbikes like at goodwood.

alexander Wurz was mclarens test driver last year.

Could b alan mcnish??? as he test drove for renult last year and season before.

Well i heard it was Matt Neal from BTCC, Renault could have just brought their own driver to drive the F1 car, no-one would have known any different anyway.

On a different program, Matt Neal used the Top gear track to test the Civic Type R and he seemed to know the course inside out, talking about all the bends, names of them and how to drive round them in the civic.

Why not ask the people who own the TG track??

you could even take your car around it to see if you can get around it quicker than the blind bloke
