Actully, even if he dd take my details, he will just say his sent it to me, and I would be the one left looking like i wasnt sending money. Although I suppose he could easily print a screenshot of transfer

Well theres proof everyone. his adress is posted there,, and jay can now see that at anytime, and post it off tomorro, which will give him a few more days breathing time, as no post on sunday

he printed a screen shot of me sending him 45 pound through paypal then todl everyone he hasnt even got paypal and i payed him by bank transfer so it wouldnt be of much use anyway

No doubt he does and that is mutual. Just as I have ripped your arse out a few pages back so why should you trust me? The thing is, I am prepared to give my bank details to a proven thief. He can't do anything with them and if he tried to I can obtain his address easily enough.

What I do not get is why his bint cannot open her paypal account and click 'refund'? Unless she is a thieving piece of shit like he is. It looks that way to me. Fat thieving split-arse.

exactly mate, its all aload of bullshit. the minute he said he payed me by bank transfer i dont even have paypal i havent belived a word hes told me.i no hes address anyway. he wont do it because he has no way of getting out of it, youll say"he hasnt sent the money" and hell say he has and no one will be bale to prove otherwise...yh you did rip it out of me and tbh i couldnt care less of peoples opinions of me..id rather do what it takes to be accepted here than retaliate and make thing worse so its forgotten, if he sends me a postal then fair play..i no he wont so im wasting my time writing this but oh well, shall see

Fella, I am not arsed if he tries to pull the 'I have sent it card' as it is very simple. I can do a screen grab of my account. Simple fact is, if it isn't showing, it isn't there. OK, you can say 3 working days TOPS for a BACS transfer but thereafter it is bullshit.

Even if her paypl account is "limited" you can still send refunds. My acount was made limited due to "Random fraud checks. POint is they allow refunds" and I had to send a refund as there checks took a month., All you're doing is giving people back there money which was theirs in the first place, why would you do that unless you can't provide the item?In which case you'd get a refund anyway

corsabsonny, I will not paypal you money to get that prick banned as that is effectively funding crime and letting them get away with it but I will happily bung £20 into the pot if you decide to take the prick to court. I will even come and make your case. I am not a lawyer, I did it at A level and it bored the shit out of me but after all my cases for motoring offences I have only ever not 'won' on one case and even that was initially 3 charges. They only got me for speeding in the end.
