loads of ways, can make them out of lightbulbs if ur a gypo, buy cheap ones from head shops.
but if you want to do it properley/best way, buy a volcano vaporizer.

by smoking it you are vaporising it. boiling water into steam is the same thing. jut means turnign it into a gas
