I had a week off a couple of months ago where I was on my own in the house as everyone else had gone off to Jersey, one night I ended up doing some chicken thing out of a Jamie Oliver book that had a section for noobs 
It was fine other than using far too much coriander, which I forgot to wash after picking it out the garden

I think that's the one I used There's a twenty minute section for noobs near the front, I think the one I did was near the end. Chicken and leek something, I forget now
