spent hours cleaning the car today ready for saturday (someone coming to view/buy) and im having 2nd thoughts

it looks fecking stunning, just took it for a drive as i havnt in about 3 weeks, and so many people looking its unreal, took it out for about 30mins and had 4 people have small conversations with me about it..

was tempted to txt them to say sorry i want to keep it etc, but then im thinking i could do with a newer car and been offerd a good price for it..

so either way if it goes or stays il be happy tbh..

but remember aslong as the mk1 is kept in good condition like it will be with you.. the value will always increase. ild only sell if i was 100% commited... and the car that your buying is a minter.

i do agree luke, like i said win win situation tbh what ever happends saturday..

ideally i would have a cheap run about and keep the golf, just so much money sitting there, while i dont drive it..

might not be a civic though, untill i have the cash in my hand i cant do much tbh..

id like to go jap but im theres lots on the list

and others..

but tempted just to keep an eye open and get something thats already done to a high standard..

LOL! some news off the guy who wanted to view my mk1 today..

anyways he rang me mid week wanting to view/buy the car etc, ok i said obviously, was on the phone for about an hour, and he sounded very interested with everything i said about the car, anyway i rang him last night to make sure he was still interested about coming down, and he comes out with my son as found a project thread on your car and its got a 'dent' in the bonnet! i said yes its got a few shallow dents around the car, its nearly 27years old may i add..

sorry we will have to let you know, what a plonker! cant stand these guys..

not sure wheather to keep it up forsale or keep it..
