Quarry bend is a tricky one...

Basically you're doing about 110-120 mph down the back straight, then it kinks over a rise and then goes left slightly before the right hander bend you see in the vid.

Some people brake late / lift off while still turning (going into the left) and lose it... and the right hander is a bit off camber so some people lose it the other way.

Ive never had any trouble with quarry. I reckon those people were lifting off over the rise on the slight left hander just before as paul said.
