Not that I do much serious driving, but when I did the track day at Silverstone, I wore my thin soled Nike trainers.

Day to day I drive in anything apart from hiking boots, work boots or flip flops

i drive to and from work in workboots, i seem to drive smoother in them, extra weight helps with the heavy clutch when i'm wearing trainers gear changes get shocking, but then better again in my loafers

Never go out just for a random drive so I dont have a dedicated pair of shoes for driving.

Just depends whether I'm going to work or not as to whether I wear trainers or shoes.

Bare foot if I'm on a ragger.

Shoes or trainers if not.

Riggers or Timberland Pro series if I'm off roading
