Becuase its not really an escort anymore is it.

4x4 = transmission tunnel
Wider arches and kit
Diff suspension, brakes
Diff seats, dash, engine.

Only thing thats the same is the basic shape, Ford, and Escort....

Why are original E30 BMW's M3's worth coming up £10-£20k now??? Its just an early M3..........

Potato, potarrrrrto.

i would LOVE one.

This poses a problem though as per my location.

1.I live near Slough, so it might get nicked
2. I dont have a garage to house it
3. MADevelopments is located in Maidenhead

450bhp in mallard or aubergine pls

This thread has grown eh lol

I'm suprised at the unreliable terms tbh as I would have thought that all the niggles would have been sorted out on them with the owners.

Insurance isnt a problem as i'm a tad older than most on here with 6yrs no claims

Also most people dont even know where my village is so having it stolen is very unlikely, plus a good alarm system and the fact its in a garage makes it alot safer.

I would have thought it wouldnt be any more evpensive to run that any Evo/scooby as well.

Theres no way i'd pay over £10k for one tho and as for the gettin on abit comments most people in here would give there left bollock to own a LET nova which is a pretty old car with the same size engine as the escort.

My all time faveroute car, my brother was obsessed with them when I was growing up. If I did get one it would be a 4x4 saph, love them. My mate had a 580bhp saph that was unreal, the fastest thing I've ever been in. I WILL own one some day. A few pics of my fave escort...

This is a pic of my mates old one

390bhp engine, 380mm AP brakes, MINT condition

He sold it for £14k, thats why I would have thought you could find a mint standard one for around £10k

Nah mods seem to devalue them 'sometimes'

You'd pay more for a mint standard one

Neils monster Was an awesome car was also up for 20k wasnt it?.

Eck, I wouldnt go looking and pick one up for cheap as chips, you get for what you pay.

IF you do go buying one i would make sure it comes from rsoc or passionford as you know its going to be lookd after. good luck finding a good one for under £12k.
