My main 2 pet hates are when someone pulls out really quickly infront of you so you have to brake then go along really slowly! And also people who dont know how to use lanes properly on a roads/motorways, the amount of times I've seen people sat in the outside lane when the other lanes are clear makes it look like the outside lane is the slow lane!!

Edit: I also agree on lights that blind you because they are hids/wrongly adjusted/stupid drivers/main beam/fogs

There's quite a few things that annoy me on the road, but the worst is when people are on your arse on the 3rd lane of the motorway. It used to happen to me alot when I had my corsa, but not so much with the Audi.

I had some cunt tailing me on a country lane a while back, and it was pitch black with no real road markings (not to mention it didn't look wide enough for two lanes) and since it was a winding muddy lane, I obviously wasn't comfortable doing 60mph, so stuck to 40mph more or less. I was with 4 of my mates at the time (two guys, two girls) so an accident would of been tragic... Not like this twat cared though. He started driving so close that I couldn't see his headlights anymore, so I waited till there was a stretch of straight road and stopped. The road was really narrow at this point, with grassy verges on both sides so he couldn't pass me.

I got out of the car just to ask what his problem was (as I was very aggrivated at this point) and I don't know what he thought I was going to do, because he put his car in reverse and went as far back as he could. Didn't see anyone on that road after that... Kind of glad he reversed though, because thinking about it afterwards, it was a very stupid idea to get out of the car as anything could of happened.

On a motorway, in the fast lane doing 70, over taking everyone in the slower lanes with no room to move over. Some badgers canes it up your arse doing 100+ and starts flashing. No im not going to move over for you you cunt, im doing the limit and overtaking, get fucked.

Oooooh and the WORST THING that annoys me about motorway driving. People stuck in the over taking lanes when theres nothing in the slow lanes, why dont they all MOVE THE FUCK OVER. Too many times im tempted to undertake. Alot of the time there is mainly people in the overtaking lane, getting held up, nothing in the slow lane and pure idiots cruising down the middle lane without a care in the world.

I think people just don't bother reading the road anymore. I think it's come from riding a bike mainly, but I'm pretty confident I read quite far infront and behind me and know what's going to happen and where to position myself or where I'm going to go if something happens. It just comes naturally to me.

E.G. I'm overtaking in the middle lane, a car is approaching another fast in the slow lane, so I move to the fast lane and alas the car pulls out, I just guessed he wanted too...I don't proclaim to be the worlds greatest driver, but I think I'm a damn sight better than most out there.

What winds me up.....

Motorway driving, which i do a lot off......I'll be overtaking people in the outside, will always move to the inside when not overtaking.....I then come across some badger sat in the middle lane. So will boot it round the back of them, overtake and pull back to the inside.

They still dont get the hint.

When i'm overtaking in the middle, outside is clear, i get flashed to move....even though i'm overtaking anyway, that ussually ends in me overtaking that person

And finally, biggest biggest gripe is people with HID's set so high, that your driving along and cannot see anything as its reflecting off your mirror and glaring your rear windscreen. Winds me the fuck up, its like, "so i'll pretty much have full beam on and point it in your eyes.....so i can see where i'm going"

Cunts tbh

I think this about the 2 wheels things aswell...makes you alot more alert. All my friends have crashed at some point over stupidity which would have been avoid if they have read the road ahead, and the other cars movements.

I do think riding 2 makes you alot more aware of the road. Also i think it helps you pass your driving test easier.

People who speed past you in bus lanes which are in operation and people who don't use them when they're not operation lol wtf... maybe petty but hey.
People who pull out right in front of you and make no attempt to pick up their pace in line with everyone else.

its not old people, its young people

no one indicates, make last minute actions

when you ride a bike you notice it even more!!

but i have to admit i think i drive too fast, as i always catch up with cars down country lanes, never have people catch up with me, but you go to over take em and they move over, or take up all the road, Cunts

For pretty much every one of these situations, there is one solution.

Overtake, then slow right down. ESPECIALLY for the people flashing at you one.

People who indicate annoy me.

Someone does this outside my flat, she can hardly walk too, so shouldn't be driving as she can't judge distance and has a gammy hip. She also thinks someone is going to steal her marroon F reg, 5 door Peugeot 309 diesel, so she puts a steering lock on it daily.

I did 20-25 through a 40 today behind an IS220d, he braked at the sight of another car.

When it opened out to 50, I thundered past him, where he proceeded to flash and shout at me, arms flying.

I then slowed down to 15-20mph, stuck my middle finger up at him and carried on.

Needless to say, he didn't manange 50.
