I work for Metronet, but technically London Underground now, we just use the same name for now. I work on Bakerloo, Central and Victoria Lines but on that pic I was on Waterloo & City, so it's all over the show really.

Open Male and Female loo's right next to each other? Genius! Although it does look very nice. Reminds me of the CAB building at Hudds Uni (HERE, Facilities)

Not exactly your desk is it? more like SAE's If uni wasn't closed i'd happily take shots of "my" desk aswell
Spot the HT315B's though, use them here, good monitors although you have to drive them a bit.
Btw, is the Quicksilver running the PTHD?

The G4 Quicksilver sitting next to the rack of 192s(?).....
Smaller gens - 6010/6020s?
Suprised people people still use ns-10s considering they are just a HiFi speakers, easier to produce better mixes using ipod inears

Ah! Never heard of it being called that before, but yeah, thats runing the HD system
It needs upgrading to be honest, but it handles college recordings etc alright
And i think the smaller gens he has are the ht206's
As for the ns-10's. they are actually surprisingly good speakers, they have veryyy prominent mids, and highs, with hardly any bass. Once you get used to the sound, youre mixes change alot

Yeah, three versions of the G4 were released, "Graphite" which had the blue front (99-02), "Quicksilver" having the silver front (02-) and "Mirrored Drive Doors" same as "Quicksilver" but has chrome CD/DVD draws......
Used the ns-10s for 2years and never got on with them, mixes sounded fine using them if played on the ns10s, but playing back the mixes on Adams/Mackies or even my KRKs, they just sounded really bottom heavy (as like you say, you start to compensate for the bright tops and fuck-all bottoms).
Still suprised people use them, certainly don't stand up to modern monitors and there are cheaper and better sounding hifi speakers if you wanted to use them as references. Just seems if people are clinging on to them because they were one upon a time industry standard......
