I do but being up at 6:45 and doing a hard days work means I get to sleep at 12 no bother.

I go to sleep every night at between 12.30am and 2.00am then get up at 6.50 am. Have done for years, dont even know what its like to go to sleep at 8pm sometimes i think its down to me worrying i dont live my life to the full and ill die not having enjoyed every minute! but thats just me lol

I'm the same, but I work allsorts of shifts so it's not like I can get into a routine or any sort, I'll probz go to bed in about half an hour then up for work at 6 again.

usualyl sleep around 6am but couldnt sleep til 10am this morning
