No it would have to be a 280S as there is no such thing as a Brooklands.

Shame there are no more than four cars per row worth having.

The good ones are lovely though.

RS500 - 225BHP

the 3 door was the 1st model, the RS500 was a run of 500 cars, built by Tickford for ford, they had a diffrent bumper and foglamp grills (in the boot iirc) as well as a diffrent front spitter and lower spoiler, tickford badges, bigger turbo and the 8 injector loom which was fitted but not pluged in, to be fitted at the choice of the customer

they also had diffrent rear beam pick up points as well iirc, so that the group a teams could use them

*Sighs*

2 door (you don't get in through the boot unless you are mad)

227bhp

They weren't built by Tickford, they were 500 production line models that were removed before completion and finished at Tickford to comply with Group A homologation rules.

They didn't have Tickford badges.

From front to back...

Extra opening on bumper and different bib, plus fog lights deleted and mesh grills fitted in place (ironically not allowed on track cars).

Larger turbo and intercooler, 8 injector setup and different management plus different block and other engine bay details.

Black pin stripe and RS 500 script on front wing.

Additional rear suspension mounting points to alter rear geometry and vehicle footprint.

Different lip on whale tail and extra lip spoiler on boot lid.

As far as I know/remember the 500 shares the same exhaust and interior with the standard big wing, but there may be some minor variations like silencer size, pipe bore etc and re the interior, steering wheel type and front seat bolster design, but I think they are the same.

I was also under the impression they had a Tickford plaque in the car, not Tickford badges like the Tickford Capri, but a plaque none the less.
