Must be something to do with the way the UK specs are mapped or built then.

Spend £4k on a Pulsar, tune it to run 1.1bar boost and you will soon forget about an Impreza.

Type R
P1 is a watered down, yet more prone to blowing up Type R.

But in a serious answer to your question Andrew, the 22b is better in every sense of the word. But there is no real answer to why it's called the 22b! Some think it's due to the 2.2 boxer engine, others due 22b being the hexidecimal code for the Sonic 555 Mica blue colour

I currently have a Corsa C Sri but want a bigger car, so its either an Imprezza for around 8k or a Diesel Vectra for around 6k.
What do you guy's reckon?
the vectra and impreza couldnt be any more different, my dad has a new shape vectra and its the most boring car i have ever driven but comfy and good on long journeys.
i disagree, theyre not all that boring to drive. obviously a totally different kind of drive to the impreza, but i enjoy it more than i did my corsas/astras. Yes it's big and heavy, but can still put your foot down and have some fun.

No but a friend who is scooby daft and spends most of his time up at AWD(the guys who own and tune some of the fastest scoobys in the uk)has informed me how shite the P1s are. They roll in week in week out for rebuilds.
