I can sleep at anytime, for aslong as I like and I can go to bed wide awake and nod off in 5minutes.. I'm not restless or eratic, but I've had my one off moments.

It's not funny. I can't lie when I'm asleep.

I keep waking up at random times!

usually 3-4am or 5-6am

Think its due to work being quieter and ive not been going out in the week and ive started to eat more regularly..

Although it happened a couple years ago when i worked at the pub and was starting to hate my job.. Thinking about it with all thats gone on at work it could be work related again..

Everyone gets it, forgot what its called now but its very common.

Interesting fact.

I have never mentioned it before as I thought I was crazy.

Not read the whole thread but, sometimes I will wake up and I wont be able to move or sometime breathe even, until I make a huge effort to do so. Its rather quite scary. Its called sleep paralysis or some nonsense.
