If it's for a mum, I'd say the SLK. Sister's bf's mum has one and she loves it

It's quite honestly the worst new car i've ever driven steering is all proper electric and vauge as hell...it leans and nearly tips over if you even slightly steer sharp.The driving position is funny and i touch the roof and i'm only 5" 10.The drivetrain dosn't mtch up so it's near impossible to drive smoothly.For a 1.6 16V it's slow and sounds rough as fuk.

BUT she loves it...go figure.Roof is good though

Guy at work had the 'sporty' version (160e or something like that) - ended up selling it and getting a starlet gt.
