Clio looks nice. Astra sounds interesting also lol Need rid of my car aswell to get to my budget
TBH i get 220 miles to a tank of V power which is £46.Not bad considering.Doubt you'd get much better from an M3 or other (real) performance car.

Why's it a wrong move? lol
XE Corsa.. could be fun, but I'd want it as a toy when I've got a normal car in a few years, not a daily driver, had 2 Corsas now, time to change for a bit.
Scared of blowing a Scooby up and paying to fix it to be fair.
Like I say I'll only have about 3k to play with + few hundred on top if needs be when time comes.

lol @ everyone suggesting scoobys and M3's, the lad stated in his first post he wanted something with reasonable running costs
I'd say clio, look nice, well spec'd and still a fairly new car.

Ian W is right lol but ta for the suggestions.
MK4 Golf 1.8T and a remap would be a nice classy looking motor but I'd always know the Ibiza would be quicker due to weight
I wanna take a step forward in age/modern-ness (kinda anyway) so don't want anything older than I have now (T reg).
All good suggestions though so will have a look on the trader for ideas/prices
