Ohh yeahh, program sorted.
On Logon: Loads user file from the users home folder, moves it to the Program Files directory on the computer, user can then amend that fine in the correct place. On Logoff, copys the amended file from Program Files to the users home area, ready to start all over again.
I love batch files :lol;

sony's repair service is fucking ace, sent a laptop away last tuesday, just got it back with a nice letter and a free cleaning cloth. it would have been back days ago but i told them it kept rebooting before it hit windows which they couldn't replicate, so it must have been the faulty screen that was shorting the machine out.
it was out of warranty as well but they've done it free of charge

wooaahh i paid off my loan as of today ... so technically i own my car , as i got the loan to help me buy my car. 1 year !! and over that year ihave learnt to be very good with my monies...kinda!
