Which one? I believe the autopsy face with the mouth slashed to be the "Black Dahlia". The womans actual name has gone from my mind but the painting Marilyn Manson did of the autopsy pictures are the ones that supposedly inspired that lad who allegedly killed his g/f. She had much of the same injuries.
