OK it seems girls are wearing them out for a night on the tiles..

The girls at our school wore them more for warmth, before the whole PC brigade allowed them to wear trousers.

Knee high socks with skirts just above the knees is a little different from above knee socks, and skirts just below their assline

Personnally, i'd much rather see a set of "fuck me boots" opposed to notas sexy knee high socks, but I guess the socks are good for a bit of bondage
