i drink 4-6 cans of "energy" a day, i'm still healthy and sleep like normal, it doesnt actually wake me up or nowt, i just prefere the taste. it does stop my shakes tho

I can go without it, that was my point.

I would say Im more addicted to the process of it all - as I get up and have a red bull first thing, much like people get up and have a coffee. So when I dont have one it feels strange.

I dont get the shakes or anything though

I don't drink any caffeine drinks at all (almost 27) and it doesnt affect me

that said im the only person at work whos fallign asleep without fail by 10am every mornign

It's dehydration that will make you feel tired. None of these 'energy' drinks will help you sort that one out.

i drink 2-3 litres of water a day Ed. Just need a caffine kick in the morning, wakes me up.

I always fancy one, wouldnt say its an addiction but i have a very addictive/habit forming personality so not hard to get addicted to stuff

I used to have a few cans a day when I was at college a couple of years ago

. I didnt notice any changes to my body or whatever though

Just liked the taste. I stopped drinking them because they got so expensive

Cusin does about 10-12 cans of Red Bull a day easy...hard to beleive untill you see him empty his car out at petrol stations
