think im the youngest to post so far (18) your all so old! aim to go gym 3 times a week, and i do free weights every day i dont go to the gym (trying to build up but dosent help being roughly 9.7 stone (and sometimes go running) oh and football sometimes

I work as a bar manager so work involves lots of running about up and down stairs etc but thats only 3-4 nights a week.

I do 25km bike rides at the weekends occasionally.

I need to get back to the gym to get the guns pumping tbh

24. Go to American Football training on a thursday when I remember which hasn't been too often lately.
Other than that the only thing close to exercise I get is running round after my daughter on a saturday.

Need to give up smoking and start sorting myself out ready for next season soon

20. just the gym doing weights and not cardio stuff, also my part-time job whilst at uni is constantly on my feet lifting stuff all day

I'm 26, 5 foot 4, 9 stone and do fuck all. Eaten 10 McDonalds and 1 KFC this week which i think is a bit bad

20 and my job can get physical at times.

Most exercise might be a 1000m walk down the track carrying a 30kg drill, that is fucking hard but usually we share it between us. Then working in 25 degrees or so

Other than that, I do nothing. I am too lazy to go to the gym, I'd give regular footy a chance but have no team to join

i really need to get out and about more, i was playing football with my mates last year, and i was gasping for water like a fish, my throat was burning, im 27 yrs old, think i will get my bike sorted, after i left it at my mates, who stole the bar and saddle i do walk sometimes to my local town, its about 2 miles.. and i end up walking back, saving me the bus fare for sweets but i have to cut dwn on sugary things now, as well my teeth are falling apart, and im scared of dentists n needles

gym 4 times a week. roughly 2 hour sessions mixed of rowing, cycling and weights

its going really well. and will start swiming again soon, cos of my asthma i need to do things to improve my lungs

Im 23, i got swimming every day 5 days a week (although ive been lazy for the last 4 weeks, getting back into it as soon as my ankle heals), also do freeweights, running and rowing machine a few times a week.
