Arg! Speaking of bollocks getting twisted, my gran had a load of paving slabs delivered to her house, the driver jumped out and ended up on the floor curled up in pain!

Ambulance was called as he was in so much pain...turned out his bollocks got twisted as he jumped out the cab!
