Dan, fire the bumper off, stick some magnets behind the bumper (strong ones) then put a pressed metal UK font etc plate on the front cover the back in something soft so it doesn't scratch taking it on and off!

i thought about magnets behind it actually, well not this bumper as someones coming to collect the fucker today at about half 2

Thats what I will be doing when I next smooth a bumper, or having magnets put in the reccess before its smoothed over!

that's so true, i had to sort out 600 scrap engines in work last friday, some actually went out to the customer and had to be brought back

i bought som KP dry roasted peanuts, less crap than crisps, but still sorta bad.
