I remember seeing it there a couple of times if I remember it correctly. Any idea when it lost is licence to fly or what ever its correctly called.

was retired in 1992 orginally
btw didnt fly today as was a minor issue said if it was a war situation it would have flown, so obviously not major

My Dad used to be in the RAF, and worked on the Tornado squadron that's next to the BBMF. He was good mates with the guys who ran the BBMF and managed to get my Mum on to the Lancaster on one of it's flights around the county. She sat in the turret on the top.

My brother and my dad watched it flying at Waddington last Sat, They went to my cousins 21st and there house is about a mile away. Saw it all. Loved it.
