Seriously though, its not the same job as a HGV driver delivering bulk fanny pads for Boots, its tough often messy sometimes dangerous work, they need to continiously go on courses & do tests etc IMO their paid a wage which is fair to the job they do.

My Grandfather was a tanker driver for Shell, he earned a good wage at the time (1960's-80's) and the people in the job now still get similar terms the wage hasnt shot up, their after a fair cost of living increase. Its the 'their on too much' attitude that leaves no one working for the companys now days & everything outsoursed to shit agencies paying shit wages.

Its easy to tell your an accountant Bob....it really tells!!
