It doesn't mean that. VAG are the innitials for, once translated from German, Volkswagen Corporation (or in German Volkswagen Aktiengesdfhjgsjksgdjhsdioewnkdfnhgfeheakjlaefewhfngvhkgehuewkladhjdafhj)...

Get a Grande Punto. It has back seats, but once you have the front seats set to a driving position they touch the back seats. Now that's practical motoring
