Indeed it is. Even with my new car when I get it I may take it off just out of principle as I will be paying the new high tax on it

I dont run a cat in either the skyline or porsche but i hardly use them and i dont do it to spite the gov.

granted, but when you're talking about monitery matters you naturally associate the union.
I.e when you buy duty free pish, Norway isnt counted as 'Europe'
Anyway.... Norway is expensive as hell, but they seem to manage. I'd like to live here for a while.
If petrol is too much for you to afford, walk or cycle. People used to manage, and I'm sure they still could if lifestyles were different.
don't be silly AK, i already said about walking, cycling if you can't afford petrol/car running but cb87 said she would have no where to put her kids

plenty of other people seem to manage tbh, no reason why anyone would want to run you over rather than anyone else.

yeah but take my son for example, he would have to walk 5 miles there to drop his sister off, then walk 5 miles back home, then walk 5 miles to school at dinner time when he starts school, then walk 5 miles home again when he finishes school! so thats 20 miles a day for a 3 year old!! how would u cope? and your an adult

I'll answer that one..
It has something to do with us because if your out driving like a nutter and knockdown/kill/disable one of our family , It would cause pain and misery.
