i just prefer to prime the whole car, just my personal preferance really fine u get more even coverage when u got the same colour basecoat to work over!

may seem like more work but its just way i prefer!

well collage bought part of it, was bit complicated!

spray booth will stay there, no point in taking anything out, thats it now for my painting now, will prob do small jobs outside or in shed at work, nothing major tho!

gonna miss painting it was my way to get away from stresses of the pub! love my shed, dread to think how many hours i have spent in there........lol

update on the fiesta, smoked the rear lights, and have done the wheels, they have gone gunmetal gray with black detailing and few purple flakes over the top.......subtle, lol

That blue is lovely, like a proper Cosworth colour.

todays progress:-

da a run out
rubbed whole car down with 1200
rubbed whole car with 1500
rubbed whole car with 2000
buffed car with g3
washed it off
fitted reflectors on back
screws rear lights on
side strips on
side reps on
built front bumper up and fitted
fitted front lights and grill
fitted number plates front and rear
mirrors on
number plate light part on and interior parts

just few more jobs and good clean to go, got all door panels to go back in, thats over the weekend job tho, done enought for today!

already got her to order full stainess exhaust for her other car..........lotus elan......hehe

trying for a re trim in winter for that..........hehe

fiesta is just practical everyday car....... such good handling on ebich springs tho!

looks good but i would have gone 4 a lighter colour for the alloys im not that keen on dark alloys on dark cars but if your mum likes it and is happy with it

shame about your dad and havin to sell the farm will miss your mad projects
