House prices are mental!! I often wonder who can afford all these £300K+ houses, when the average mortgage is 3.5x salary.
Average salary in the UK is £25k -

as i started this thread, im not fussed where it goes, i needed to vent some anger towards the people who are ment to be running this country rather than using it as a business.
if you poke anyone with politics, everyone has something to say!
but i really would like to know how this lack of spending will end, or if it will.
house prices are starting to drop, "fastest in 30 years", only caus how quick they went up! and that no ones buying...

I would say the general feeling of people is that jobs are being taken by migrant workers, the money then gets shipped off abroad and not spent in the uk, also then brits are loosing out as there are less jobs out there, and also have less free cash to spend..
I for one know if it gets any more expensive to pay my bills etc, i will be screwed, if i leave my job my ramp WILL be occupied by an immigrant,

I cant see how it can get better until they drop interest rates, tax, petrol etc..as these are what are crippling people.

Realisticly no, when was the last time they lowered petrol prices that made a difference(as an example) knocking 1p off a litre isnt going to make any of us better off.

Theres nothing that can be done, what I think we will see in the next years to come will be mass amounts of brits leaving the UK beause its become intolrable to live in!!
Sky high taxes, house prices, cars - infact everything we buy! High crime, immigrants everywhere you turn, chav/ned culture, muslims - its no longer a desirable place to live!
