The Saxo in my driveway was the first thing to take off [/tincan], then it was the Corsa. But the Saxo handled it better.

Or..You could be lucky enough to have REALLY strong winds and it'll lift the bin and its contents all over your car.

Move them somewhere safe, Like...next to your neighbours car or something.

Can't agree more! Heavier bin = more weight on your car Mike. Move it

Only places I can move em to will mean they can just get more momentum up before they hit my car, might move the van down a bit, they'll be near enough covered from the wind then only way they'd blow is towards the house, or worse case scenario the van, but that doesn't matter

Done, proper stealth mission mum and brother are both in bed so didn't wanna wake em up and have em thinking someone was robbing the van Also Sprinter vans are heavy if you're trying to push em Hopefully that'll be enough.

Only a bit of a breeze atm no proper wind, cold tho.

just general shitty english weather here, dark, dull and cold.

was windy in the night, couldn't have been that windy though as my alarm usually gets set off by strong winds.

Yer I think this storm is overrated. Yer there are strong winds here and 45 degree rain but nothing uber special
Only downer is that I have to drive to kent tonight and the wind means that the bridge will be closed trafficjamtastic

I survived the storm....

Was a close one, I was woken up at 4am by the rain which NEARLY caused me to loose more than 2 mins of sleep. But I made it through
