thats why its a 50:50 situation hes admitted he was doing 35 through the 30 so we will have to see what comes of it tbh, pow has given me some advice but it would also seem that his front left wheel locked, thus i have a 30 & 45 gram weight that i picked up from where it happened poss explaining why he couldnt keep it in a straight line when it happenned

Dan if he swerved its his fault if he would have hit you then its different.

I've always been told not to swerve if im going to hit a car thats pulled out on me.

indeed, however in his eyes i shouldnt have pulled out as he was coming along the road, tried to go down and see if his car was there to take pics and he has moved it even though it had a flat front left, ive got his name and mobile number and he didnt give me any details as he said he had to go to work

im unsure which route to go down now, i feel should tell the insurance that way if its 50:50 we repair our own cars or if they find him at fault its his obligation to repair his own car
