What do you do all year? Surely you have stuff to do about Christmas and June time?

It's busy all year round. They have CAT tests in October, GCSE modular exams in November, January and March then Key Stage 3 (Year 9) exams beginning of May followed by the GCSEs up until the end of June. So i've all the paperwork to do before those all start.

I also do school reports, which here, each child (approx 900) gets a progress sheet once a term and a report once a term. So they have like 6 reports a year. That means collecting all the grades in too from the staff.

Then there is stuff like target setting and other odd jobs.

I get all the holidays off though...

I know, I dunno how I will cope during May and June...

Doesn't help when my line manager, who is in charge of Assessment here, doesn't know how to use the software.
