was it not specky's blue one that people slated?
Saw this on the M1 (northbound near Leicester) on the back of a trailer at 4:30pm yesterday. Remember seeing it at the pod last late year with one HUGE Turbo! Any idea of the power? It was struggling for traction at the pod so wasn't doing very good times.
Also noticed it in the carpark at last years TOTB.
we trailered it down to save on fuel an in the event of a mishap we could have fixed it with the spares and tools we carry

tigra is more aerodynamic than the corsa hence why the same engines in both the tigra always is slightly faster top end, like 1.4 16v vs same in corsa etc

the tigra must have a rather trick gearbox to get that kind of top speed, f20 139mph, f28 final drive is good for 159mph i believe.

A standard F28 will do 180+mph, Ive had about 175mph on the rollers with 15inch wheels and a 7.2k rpm limiter. With a raised limiter an correct wheels 180mph is easily achieved gearing wise. But with lumpy small vauxhalls you need a fair amount of power to get that speed.

8000rpm on 19"s will do about 202mph I think on the F28. That Calibra V6 SC dude in Europe done all the equations or something.
Dunno how accurate that is though.
Still, 180+mph in the budget Vauxhall range aint to be sniffed at
