id agree that due to where pink line entered the roundabout pink line isnt at fault on a technical level

pink deffo in the wrong! Her fault!

Whatever people say like "You should have......." theres nothing you can do about it...and when these things happen if you have enough time to think nothing would have happened

Well, if we're giving credit for pink line we would perhaps say they have observed 187 with regards their road positioning for the intended exit but in respect of fault they have still done a number of things wrong.

Whether the sum total of those things is enough to implicate blame entirely I'm not so sure. I did say it wouldn't go 50/50 before but really unless either party pulls something out of the hat then this might end up happening as we may be a bit late in the day to alter a judgement now.

Highway Code says watch out for it, Road Traffic Act says pay attention and generally while arguing a case with an insurer you must be able to justify your actions in defence of your position, ie. you need to have done NOTHING wrong.

Just saying pink line came over and you couldn't have avoided it is untrue, there are many things that could have been done to avoid that accident.
