I think this is lame as well, do they do its because its a 'magical' time of the year?. I mean jesus be inventive, do something/go somewhere that will make it 'magical', you can do this at anytime of the year.

youve just done that by mentioning it. My comment wasnt in reference to kats engagement, just like others in this tread ive made an observation that a lot of folks seem to get engaged at xmas.

You can't put a downer on Kats engagement silly i was expressining my opinion! They got engaged at xmas, they are both obviously happy

but

for me xmas is a depressing waste of money, it differs for other people...

Thanks for all the great comments, we are both extremely proud as said. Baby is due officially on the 9th July. We are still thinking about going for a 4d scan around 28-30 weeks, they look the nuts

200 quid mate, nothing considering what you get. Loads of photos, dvd of the scan etc. Well worth it for a first child imo, something you can keep forever.
