Whats all this badger crap?
All you "internet warriors" aka idiots that like an argument, can honestly tell me that all through the time you have been driving you have always told your insurance companies about each mod to your car big or small???
When you lot all cry about stuff like this it makes me think that your the type of people that ring the bbc when you hear a naughty word before 8PM, or when jeremy clarkson slates the queen anythin to get involved.
Each to there own i think!

Yes. I like my license, and there would be no point paying for insurance if it was invalid.
Besides, he's not declared an engine change, so as well as his insurance being invalid, his tax is invalid. Would you like to be hit by someone that's uninsured? I didn't think so.

Not entirely true i know a few people who have got away with it after having an accident their claims went through ok, yet they hadnt told the insurance about their engine swaps.

I think changing an engine and accidently not mentioning it is more than a small modification don't you? We're not talking removing badges.

Well if no-one in Wigan cares, it must be alright.
The correct amount of tax is not being paid, so yes, you need to tell the DVLA.

this subject pisses me off
YES its Wrong, Id never change an engine and not declare it but there are a type of person out there who will change an engine and wont declare it, I generally at this moment in time dont have a problem with these people
There are on the other hand people who have NO insurance what so ever and will happily drive around pissed/stoned, these people make my piss boil
you all need to calm down and worry about his insurance being void when/if he hits you
BTW I only live in the next town so if you see an Orange 06 reg GP sporting try not to hit it
