I wouldn't class a 911 as a supercar. The Carrera GT is though.

The 959 is a supercar, but the 911 is a performance or sports car.

A bit like Jaguar, the XK8/R is a performance car, but the XJ220 and XJR15 are supercars.

maybe the extension of the warranty took the biggest bit?

I'm sure fixing one wouldn't be cheap, so extending the warranties wouldn't be cheap either

Do you think a 996 Turbo would be a safe used performance purchase in a year or 2's time? There around £40odd for a nice one atm, 40 for a higher mileage one, think they will go down in value any more?
