SetH - Depends what club you are going to, if you to an Indie Club, then everyone wears trainers, as its the "style" few funky house bars round my way also allow trainers.

If there smart, I cant see a problem

well if you, peenarse boy and jiminey fucking cricket want to wear white trainers out "cos its the style big time innit" then knock yourself out.

I`ll carry on excreting a nice dribbling bit of semen in my pants when a classy hot piece of ass comes up to me and compliments my shoes.

This is the problem. It's not the customers choice of being a problem or not.

Management have dress codes, doormen enforce these rules. You're effectively walking into someone's house (management) - it's the same principle. It's their venue, they make the rules.

I could say i cant see the problem with me coming into your house, pulling my pants down and dragging my bum hole along your carpet like a dog with an itchy arse. I'm sure you'd have a problem with that though.

I only have one pair of white trainers, and they are far from "Big time innit" I dont wear Air Max thanks.

I like to feel comfortable in what I wear when im out on the town, and I feel more comfortable in trainers. I have shoes, but I wear them when the occassion fits, and that occassion certainly isnt to get off my face in a hot and sweaty Indie club.

I've had many more compliments on my trainer as well, more than i've ever had for my shoes.

Depends on what your idea of a club is, I always wear trainers unless i'm going out with mates to generic town/city bars and onto a cattle market type club.
I prefer to wear trainers and at the end of the day its my leisure time and I'm the customer, I'll wear what the fuck i like on my feet. As long as you arn't scruffy I don't see the problem.

Definition of a club, probably pacha in ibiza tops the list, clubs dont get much better then that.

AS for in the uk, all the classy/funky places full of decent people and seriously hot classy women and gents that make an effort when they go out.

LMFAO are you for real?? the management will have a problem, the doormen will have a problem, your scruffy arse will be staying the fuck outside.

Thats the thing, i'm not interested in going to places like that, the people in them arn't there for the music. I went to pacha all summer in nike rifs or flip flops, full of posing italian bell ends and the women all majorly stuck up their own arse but I was there for the music as I enjoy defected nights. To me the proper clubs are more like amnesia and space, people are there for a good time no matter what they are wearing or how many zeros they have on their account. I go to music orintated places back in the uk, circus in Liverpool, warehouse project in Manchester ans generally have stan smiths on, jeans and a t-shirt. I'd rather be in these type of places having a good time than being somewhere trying to be something i'm not. I wouldn't attempt to get in somewhere with trainers on that I wouldn't get in, i'm saying I'd rather not be there in the first place, I know I'd give a fuck if I was stop on a door step of somewhere I wanted to be!

I beg to differ.

Anyways, decent clubs over here allow trainers, Warehouse Project in Manchester for a start, probs the best "club" in the North West & you can wear what you want in there within reason.

But the pro trainer crew in here are stating they will "wear what the fuck they like, "they are the customer" etc etc. They have the audacity or for a better word ignorance that they can just waltz in anywhere.

If you wear shoes on a night out round my hometown you look out of place I prefer the casual look anyway, suits me more.

Saying that, going round Leeds for NYE and it will be a smart shirt and shoes that night
