Macclesfield should be flattened - it is the cause and location of all of my issues/problems this year. In fact no, the whole of Cheshire should be raised to the ground.
First my front bumper fell off, in rush hour on Valentines day at the main lights in town. I wasn't happy and my missus was really pissed off
There have been 7 sets of major roadworks consecutively throughout the year all in Macclesfield.
I regularly get stuck because a farmer on the outskirts of town thinks that crossing his cattle across the main road into manchester at 7:45-8:15 is acceptable.
This morning it took 1 hour 45 to do a journey which on a normal day takes 50 minutes
but thats been the only really contentious issue this year - Damn Macclesfield!

First 6 months were poor...
Turned around in June/July...
I posted a few threads on here about how I was getting my ass pounded by my boss, been on minimum wage and carrying the whole store and hitting every target we had set. Left that dump in June and got a great post in an IT career with awesome prospects.
The girlfriend scene started well... Met a nice girl in late 2006 and things were going well...
I'm sure a lot of you will remember the "break up" thread were she cheated on me and I spat on her?? That was 2 days before my birthday, and i was starting my new job the day after!
Anyway... started new job, and met the best girl in the world, and since October, life has been awesome.
With regards to the wheels...
Got a 05 Fabia Sport in Jan. Some arsehole cut me up on motorway and drove off up the slip road before I'd realised what had happened.
New tyre, Wing, Bumper, tracking and hire car was £500.
Within a week, I'd scrapped it down the side of a big stone holding open a big wooden gate.
Then, just last week, I reserved it into my own garage... garage wall that is.

Apparently it comes from the medieval word "Razed" which is the foundations of the word erased, just along the lines somewhere it got changed to the more common word raised

I've had a mad year, Finished uni, went to Ibiza for 4 months, had extreme highs and lows there, got back, no job, no clue what to do, shit weather and basically a 4 month come down from it all, realising it was over but at the same time having loved the experience and the mates made.
GOt my first shift in an hour at a new job, just bar work but its at the complex i'm going to be going volunteer work with the cardiac rehabilitation team, then once i have the confidence hopefully get employed with them, trained up on the next level in regards to fitness instructing and gp referal, then go on from there.
So at the minute its looking up a bit, and i'm kind of looking forward to 2008.

Bit of both really,
BAD
Smashed my car
Bumped my car
Debts increased drematically
suffered with quite a bad depression
Moved to a different part of the company I work for
Some cunt i dislike put a crowbar through my bumper
GOOD
Moved house on 5th Jan - new start etc
Finished my quialification and now quialified mechanic/technician
Stayed single the whole year and have really rediscovered the real me
Had some blinding fun over the summer onwards with an amazing bunch of friends
THE CHEF!
The cunt who crowbar'd my car crashed and wrote his 2day old car off...proof of what goes around comes around

Mostly good for me.
Good:
Passed my college course - only 4 passed out of 30 folk that started it.
Got some decent work over summer, made some decent coin.
Started an apprentceship in Sept & i'll be working the job ive always wanted in another 14 months.
Fixed up my Mk2 golf & sold it for 3x what I pad for it.
Still going sweet with Jade after 2yrs & 3months
Bad:
Run my mk4 into the back of someone at a roundabout.
Got caught driving trough a red light - total shady as fuck so im disputing it.
