the two channel "issue" that has been raised is bollocks. R Hammond is one, but more specifically for the arguement Susie Perry () works on The Gadget Show (Ch5)and is also a presenter/pit girl interviewer for the Motorbike championship (BBC2/ITV1? forget which) - thus showing that CH5 presenters arent under contract to stay at CH5 and Hammond proves the BBC rule

I've read Perry McCarthy's (Black suited STIG) Autobiography (Amazon link)



and he says alot about STIG in the end chapters. He missed a few and other drivers steped in cos PMcC couldn't make it (wedding etc)- pretty sure Damon Hill did it once.

anyway iirc he mentions that due to the TG timetable and inconsistant availability of the airfield (TG Test track) the "new" STIG is actually several ppl - the one we see is the one who could get to the track on the day!
the F1 angle is hard to prove. we all know F1 drivers take a different line through the first corner so why would STIG not match this if he has F1 experience? yet to be the fastest around the track in the Lesetti(sp) must have some exceptional skills.......who knows!!

true but the stig is white!!!
so unless he goes into make up everytime hes due to apear on top gear or in public then i seriously doubt hes hamilton
