are you all really scrawny and need to pack the pounds on or something?...

i recommend smoking, it makes it more difficult to lose weight, but also suspends your hunger, so you wont want to snack.

also giving you a more vascular appearance.

good all round, although you might die

I go to the gym 4 times a week and I really try my best to eat as much as I can, i dont do too badly

Im only 19 so I am by no means big

Makes me laugh when people say your mad for lifting weights, I really enjoy going to the gym and pushing my self, I feel its those people in tight tops that are creating a bad stereotype

I personally think all football fans are knobs

Im just about to join Virgin gym and going to get involved in lifting weights and keeping fit so I can "bulk" up a bit.

Can you give me some tips please mate and what I should do etc etc. Im doing it monthly £31 so money/time wont be a problem really.

Its a fascinating lifestyle and I wouldnt knock anyone whos into bodybuilding.
You need to have excellent control of what you eat and push yourself to gain.

Its just like any other sport.... to be the best you have to incorperate it into your lifestyle

IMO its one of the hardest sports going especially the prep for competitions... you spend a whole year prep'ing for a few hours of show time.

its abit like car modding... you spent hours and £££ on getting a car to how you like it.. then you put it on show for others to view and admire.

i really enjoy going to the gym and everything that goes with it. hard day at work theres no better way of letting off some steam

i dont see it as sad or anything along those lines, its something i enjoy and thats the main thing

my gym is more focused to body building and you get a great bunch down there, always getting helpful advice, a spotter etc

craig you see worlds strongest man on channel 5?
