TBF Halifax is a haven for cheap drink, in the ACCA is only 50p a drink at all times There is however a risk of catching some of STD just by being in there though 
Only been to Halifax to watch York play so have no idea but for that price i will find it
Come out the ground, walk back into Town towards the train station, when you get there, turn left at the lights, walk up the hill until you see Barracuda's, its just opposite that 
As far as im aware they only do the deal on a Thursday though
