My ex gf hit me a few times, not slaps, punches. We was standing at the stop of my stairs once having a VERBAL argument, and she smacked me in the face. I was brought up not to hit women so i put my fist through the bathroom door instead

One of my ex's is a mental health nurse he used to go to far when we were play fighting sometimes. I used to end up with bruises all over.
