but more seriously i listen to black sabbath, war pigs is an excellant song which you can start when you're angry but by the time the riffs towards the end you're mellowing out air guitaring like theres no tomorrow.
i think its safe to say that if more people listened to war pigs by black sabbath there would be less violence and hatred in the world.

Only ever been one time when i was really pissed off. I think Ian's plan is the best and sleep.
I tried driving but had to get out of the car because i was a danger to others and myself, hitting things to the extent that had cut knuckles and close to broken bones, tried walking but felt as if i was going to have a heart attack (was really scary). Really don't know how i got into that state over something so little. Got myself out of it by trying to get one over on the person who caused it. Never happened but they lost out in the end run in more ways than one.
Now my attitude has completely changed over things and life in total. Don’t take things so seriously, never trust anyone fully and generally have some fun.
Don’t wanna go into how I got into that state on a public forum but it wasn’t over a girl, something a little more important.

My rage is fairly low TBH. No alot makes me angry to the extent I destroy things .
My car is pretty much the only thing that gives me rage. Screaming at it tends to do the job.

Just take the car out for a really long rag, give it some crap, stereo full blast and wheel spinning every opportunity and wonder why the next day i need to refill the tank and the clutch is really high...
