I spoke to my mate who works in Horse & Jockey told her to sort us out with some free food

Doesn't look like this will be happening.

However in SE, there is a possible meet, Sunday 4th November, Santa Pod, RWYB.

May be combine the two regions?

I take it EA are the organisers then? Some needs to say whether this is an 'official meet' or not.

i will happy "organise"* for the event, well the route plan anyway. rough plans so far going from Norwich > Cambridge>Bedford>Podington

*all that needs doing is working out suitable places to meet people that aren't out the way and who to expect at each one!


EDIT: not my place to give it "Official" status but its a Offical EA meet!
