In the year they have been operating the course they never had a 70mph+ offender! They went round the room asking everyone what speed they were doing in what limit & most were 37 in a 30 or 48 in a 40 etc & it came to me and I said 85 in a 70 and everyone just turned round and looked at me

According to guy on the course yesterday the biggest risk is 17-24 year olds, so should go down. Think mine did, but that was a few years back
