That's fine as its for a health reason and you are using it in a very very slight moderation but you get people going on them a couple of times a week which is crazy shit.

Agreed, some of the old tarts you see coming out of the sunbed shop you could tie their skin in bows it's that saggy.

Did any one do this....
The first time on a sunbed should be eight seconds which can then be gradually built up to three minutes, however, this varies with skin type.

I have them on the NHS. But its not UVA its UVB i have. I'm up to 1min 20 seconds and it burns me to hell. End up really red at night! It makes my skin feel better in the long run though.
I wouldn't go on tanning ones tho. Doesn't bother me if i'm not brown.
