big update. AA have refused recovery so it wont be getting there tonight. now on the phone to customer services to find out why as there is no point in being a member if they wont even tow my car lol

They will only tow the car ONCE with the same fault.
It does say that in the T's&C's

I thought that you would stuggle with that when i read your previous post.

told them it was fuel pump last time, its been fixed and it died again this morning whilst i was driving it. when the bloke from hammonds recovered it on sunday he didnt even look at it, just strapped it on the back and took it home, the AA man today put down on the jobcard that the problem was ECU related and it would need to be taken on a slide bed to a garage who will fix it

ask for the manager and state that their T&C doesn't say anything regarding multiple recoveries with different faults, only if the car suffers from the same fault. Drop in that trading standards would like to hear about this as AA aren't offering you the service you paid for.

Companies like this should be shot

the aa have admitted that it is there fault and they will now recover the but it wont be tonight. there keeping the job open so that i can ring back when i have the time to go with the car to jamsport so now ive just gotta get the time off work. mayb pull another sicky tomo lol

i had a similar problem with mine, it wouldnt start one cold morning, when it got warmer i tried with no joy, cleaned the the plugs - didnt work, replaced the plugs... started up first time...
