Hamilton has passion for the sport and if you cannot see that then how did you watch the race? The guy is the next F1 legend. And is British! And football is for girls.

finally we have a real recent british talent and already ppl are slagging him off for making some money out of some advertising aswell, of course he will get big headed about it a bit, hes 19 ffs and hes taking on and beating some of the worlds best in his fucking debut i think ANYONE would get a bit of an ago, its a damn shame to see ppl ripping him for stuff already...

Don't be a tit. I'm saying hes lapping up the media exposure hes getting. Hiding under an umbrella and getting your dad to do your press? Come on!

Well im rooting for hamilton
He doesnt seem to be overly cocky to me, was been sporting etc to Alonso at the end and didnt say anything ott in the press conference. If anything Alonso should be the one getting slated for his bitching about not winning etc

I just find it ironic that he appears reclusive to the cameras yet his face is on 6ft billboards and all over adverts for F1.

That's normal media tactics, stay quiet unless you make money, everyone else does it, why can't he?

Suppose. I thinks its weird that the other British lads receive no coverage, regardless of how well they're doing. Given that they're competing in a worldwide event.

its probably because hes come on the podium every race so far and won 2 in his debut season, and the media have been quick on the draw to snatch at him,

Im quite glad he is making the most of it as its not everyday you get given possible the best car on the curcuit to start your F1 career in.
Although there is no denying his talent

he's 22 - maybe you got mixed up with Kubica's replacement, Sebastian Vettel who is 19.
Eitherway, good win, certainly not an exciting race up the front, more interesting at the back of the pack.
Button pulled some good moves, but his slow arse car has let him down again, hopefully when he gets into europe in a few weeks the new parts will see him and Barrichello back up the grid

Hamilton is good, very good, but i dont like the way fans from the woodwork have appreard, claiming him to be god, and people such as alonso are "rubbish"
you dont become a 2 times world champion for nothing, and IMO, going into the season before the first race, Alonso should have been number 1 driver and LH as number 2
if i were alonso that would have fucked me off no end

Sorry? Alonso isn't number one?
Who is earning £10m and who is earning £0.5m?
That's quite clear who is supposedly number 1 to me...
Alonso's form isn't as good as Hamilton's, that's undeniable, Lewis has been 3,2,2,2,2,1,1, Fernando has been all over the place, which, to me, says Lewis is the better driver, no matter if his team mate is 2 times WC or not, he's still better.

Plus, who has been making mistakes & who hasn't?
Not saying FA isn't good, but its been hard to fault LH so far

Im not denying Alonso not been any good because as JR said you dont become world champion for nothing.
Although from watching the last couple of races i would say Hamilton has preformed better. As he just seems to be 100% consistant and make no mistakes. Which to me indicates a good driver

i know
but IMO alonso went into the season not in the right frame of mind, and its getting worse and worse each week as Lewis is owning him

I get what your saying, I can see why Alonso has said what he has too. Ron Dennis didn't do a very good job of clearing that one up to Steve Ryder earlier!

I dont understand why there has to be a number one and two driver anyway. Cant they both just be treated the same and let their driving on the track do the talking

thats what's happning, and that is why alonso's head is fucked up, and thats why the gap between them is becoming bigger all the time
