She's a pain it the butt, and an attention seeking whore, thats why she's made an issue of this!!! She's claiming her daughter is hearing this kind of talk and she doesn't want her daughter to think its ok to call the wee boy 'chocolate boy'  So she decided to put in a formal complaint

Easily solved IMO, the nursery should simply check whether she wants her childs place any more or not. No further investigation necessary.
